Wow I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw 5qt jugs of Quaker State Ultimate Durability 0W20 for $20.97 at Walmart in Crescent Park, KY. They had five jugs left on the shelf and I bought them all.

In Canada, all I have been able to find in the 5qt jugs of 0W20 is M1 for $48. One qt bottles of M1 or PP are $10 each.

As a Canadian, I have always been jealous of the cheap oil I can find down here in the US.

I guess the Quaker State Ultimate Durability and Pennzoil Platinum in 5qt jugs is a regional thing? We've been traveling in the US for 2 weeks now and have been to Walmart in Minneapolis, Davenport IA, St. Louis, Nashville, and Louisville and all I saw we're M1 in 0w20 flavour.

Not sure other part of the country, but here at California, we always have 5qt Quaker State Ultimate Durability and Pennzoil Platinum. I like Quaker State Ultimate Durability, cheaper than PP, and probably perform about the same for my application.
Hey you should sign up for their warranty rebate too, make those oil a steal, with your mailing address in Canada may be a problem though, see if you have friends help you out.

I've seen them offer 5W and 10W at that price, but never 0W. In fact, I've never seen a 5qt jug of PP in 0W at any Canadian Walmart.

I would never pay more than 25 bucks for oil+ filter. its the reason why i got into cars to begin with, got fed up the 1st time at EZ lube when i was 17.

48 bucks for mobil1? in california 5 qt goes for 25 bucks @ wally. they dont have the regular "0w's" but they carry the "advance economy" which is rated for 0w cross board.

Might want to order online in bulk in future.

Not going to fly up here, unfortunately, and the retailers know that. Even Amazon won't sell oil or car parts north of the border. Realistically though, even ignoring Canadian Tire and Walmart sales, oil can be had at reasonable prices if you look around. It's rarely as cheap as it is in the States, but one can still do okay.

Yes, that sure is a good price. At my local W*M here in westerm NY State, theQuaker State Ultimate Durability is $20.57 for a 5qt jug and I haven't seen any 0W20 oil, only 5 & 10W30.

I'm not sure if I have ever seenQuaker State Ultimate Durability 5W20. So, $21 for a 0W20 is really good. And this past spring, QS had a $20 rebate on Quaker State Ultimate Durability.

I saw it at the Oskaloosa, IA store today for $21.00!!!

Saw this Sunday on a quick walk through Walmart.
It was only a matter of time before some company marketed a value priced 0W-20.
I'm not surprised that it was SOPUS.
They also had Pennzoil Platinum 0w20 priced the same as other PP jugs.
They also had quarts of Synpower 0W-20, but no jugs.
There were no jugs of AFE 0W-20 on the shelf, only 0W-30.
There was no clearance oil to be found.

LOL, yeah leave it to wal mart to not have a decent clearance oil section when you need or want some. I got some MAXLIFE NEXTGEN at Autozone while ago per qt was $2.29
