Drivers will have to be engineers in several fields. Kinetic energy, electrical energy etc. I watched a little of a Formula E race and it was ridiculous IMO. Reminded me of slot car racing. F1 may be biting off more than they realize. Will MB be the first to figure it out like 2014?

It’s season 11 in Formula E. They are using Gen 3 cars which have 469 HP and can do 0 to 60 in 1.82 seconds. If anyone prefers a blender, have at it.

The Formula 1 cars have electrical power assist and V-6 engines. The power package has been moved up to 350 kW and they regenerate power during braking. The nice thing is the screaming high pitched engine sounds for sure.

Well this will likely kill anything enjoyable about F1. I want the 3.5 liter V10 Schumacher days back not more hybrid junk.

I have a Tesla Plaid. It's boring too.

Notwithstanding, still boring, soulless appliances.
