Mercedes OM602. 6,300 miles. Oil has dropped from very bottom of red marker. No oil added.

My kids love living Alaska. I don't mind visiting from now until September.
3 nights
Then on to Anchorage, Valdez, Kennicott, Tok, Destruction Bay YT, Skagway, Haines, Alaska Marine Highway Ferry from Haines to Bellingham, Seattle

Well if possible we could meet at the ferry terminal in Fairhaven.

Palmer is a wonderful town. I first learned of it from a worker at the Alta Peruvian lodge who told me to spend time here. Lots of civic spirit, young couples, children, grandparents. Every outdoor sports imaginable. Right at the base of the Matanuska River and the mountain ranges to east as seen in the picture.
This is one of the “I could live here” places on the trip.
