Sorry that should have been upper right. I made a PDF of that printed receipt, and it worked for me for multiple rebates.

I got this x2, this brings the total cost to around 10-15 for 2 x 5qt. Of course I used the oil already. Couldn't be happier with the "mistake."
Edit: doing the math I got (5+10) x2. Then now another 10. Oil cost me 55 including tax. Indeed 15 for 2 5qt jugs of 0w40. When's the next rebate?
