2025 Mobil 1 Rebate

So they are sending different kinds of rebates, Ive never seen this before. Lets see what others are getting

I still haven’t received my $10 check, and they did send me an email on March 20 saying that my rebate submission was successful

Thanks for sharing. Used to be $10 bucks for EP. Of course there was none last year. XOM cheaping out.
It’s been a while and I was thinking that. Mobil 1 was $10 and PP was $12. I don’t think I will stock up anymore I had 2 jugs leak. Not to mention now the 3 cars will all take a different oil and the new one 8 quarts, 2007 7 quarts. My 2006 is now the only one that would take 5 qts 5W30. Used to be 2 cars did.

So “two submissions per household”…. can I buy two jugs at one time and get ten bucks? I see some confusion on st least one posters attempt.

Best to buy separately and submit separately?
i bought two jugs on one receipt, and submitted the same receipt twice.

yeah idk, i got the white one listed above which is a very common prepaid card. I think you got that one for the "extra" reward from the game...?
I got a $5 reward too from a game, but it just got combined into regular virtual master card that I loaded to Amazon

No it had both rewards on it.

I submitted another one since they didn't give me the $5 for the second jug. We'll see.

A pretty clear picture has been painted. I know I've tried to be crystal clear about my experience.

The main takeaways for the 2025 offer seem to be 1) don't rely on the examiner to discern that you've made two purchases in the same transaction, and accurately determine the rebate amount due. 2) they're sending out both the restricted fuel, and general debit cards, also seemingly at random.

One last tidbit I'll leave about the 2025 offer, in a similar vein as #1 -- don't combine the fuel debit card and cash in the same fuel purchase transaction, or risk paying the higher credit card price for the entire fuel purchase. In a pre-paid situation, how the attendant enters the transaction can cost you the "cash discount" price. It is a debit card, but must be processed as a credit card. And in physical form at least, will get rejected at the pump terminal.

It's the final step, and really kind of fitting for how the whole experience has transpired this year.

Just when I had totally given up on the rebate I finally got my check in the mail yesterday! It was approved back on March 20th so they sure took their sweet time processing it 🙄

The more they drag their feet, the longer they make interest on the money.

Guess I am getting a hat and I got $5 hah

This came just in time.

We have a Mercedes E500 that just came into my dealership and we don't keep a supply of Euro oils (0W-30, 0W-40) on hand.

So it's 2 jugs for $19.97 each after the rebate. The oil filter is Mobil One too. $5 on clearance.

$45 is the cheapest oil change I've been able to garner for these vehicles in a very long time. I'm actually tempted to do it myself. There was a Mercedes S500 I had back during the Great Recession that I labeled, "The Barnacle B*tch" which took forever and a day for me to sell.
