Here is my latest used oil analysis. For us we can't go very long and will not go by the OLM. Seems 4k oil changes are the max due to such high fuel dilution. We do mostly short trips and run on electric for the most part. Before I changed the oil, I did run it down and ran mostly on the engine on the interstate for 20 miles to get the oil good and hot.

Might want to update your sig.
I had a 2.0T in my 2019 cherokee.. the gas stank from the dipstick was pretty fierce.
Turbo GDI just isnt a great candidate for long oci IMO.
my 2.4L(Tgdi) subaru just coughed up a 5%+ fuel dilution report with 3100 miles.
If you decide to go non amsoil an api SP rated euro oil such as m1 esp 5w30 might treat you right.

Your title shows 7k but you went 6,200 miles. Is that correct? Hybrid engine & 5%+ fuel dilution is probably one of the worst outcomes one would want when buying a newer vehicle. Obviously, you see Cu is high. Agree, maybe try reducing the mileage to see. Do these still recommend a 20 grade?

Unit time hrs only increased 4200. Yeah somethings not adding up.

I feel like I have never seen a report from Oil Analyzers that wasn’t ringing alarm bells about fuel dilution. I find it irritating given how it’s just simply a thing now with DI turbo engines. The sky isn’t falling. They should update their guidelines and language.

its even worse.. the first oil change was at 8213 and the second at 14008 which would seem to indicate an oci of 5800miles.
but OAI's papers you fill out are odd. I thought I filled mine out right and they had about 6 things messed up..
which I then submitted for correction.

Yeah, I messed up. It's only 6,200 miles and hate that I can't fix it. Anyone know why we can't edit after a certain amount of time?

Thanks and @cdlamb mentioned another discrepancy? Forum rules dictate title edit timing. You can click on the report link and ask a mod to put in correct mileage.
