3 sets of tires, road forced balanced, thrust angle corrected, and still have a vibration at 60-70 mph. Still under power train warranty but afraid to take it and get charged $250 for a diagnostic fee because they'll tell me its nothing. Any ideas what it could be and how to pin point the problem are appreciated.

Has the driveshaft been apart to have the splines lubed? Not that a lack of lube would be the cause, but I found out the hard way that you can put it back together 180 deg out of phase and it will causes vibration issues.
