Hi
I have a 2020 limited kona 95k miles. Costco said i had cupping on my tires. I asked them which ones? They didnt know. So i took it in and had the suspension looked over at the dealer per they were replacing the transmission anyways. Suspension checked out ok by them. I did have an alignment done, the only tire out of spec was drivers side rear. I have noticed cupping on both the passenger side tires i think. On the inside of the tires. I have bfgoodrich comp a2s. The car drives perfectly, no noises, no leaning too far when turning or anything that makes the suspension suspect, the shocks and struts seems fine over bumbs and such. I always got them rotated on time.

Should i just ride it out and buy new tires and see if they cup? Or replace struts and shocks? Any help is appreciated thanks

If the suspension checks out, alignment is good, and the car isnt floating - shocks and struts aren’t letting it bounce - drive it and keep getting your value out of the tires. Make sure you rotate them regularly. At worst, they’ll get noisy at some point - and if they don’t, you can have good life out of them. Make sure the pressures are in range.

Do “X” rotations when you rotate the tires. For me, if I e got a “bad” tire, it usually evens out a bit. It’s not scientific, but it works. Since you have the limited, should be AWD?

its fwd, the tires i have are directional so only front to back.

So I have a side question. my tires always heated up/ had the same psi at the same time. After my alignment, the passenger side front and back, have a higher psi by about 4 vs the driver side after the tires are warmed up. They all start out at the same psi. Is this a thing? Or am i just thinking too much

That's not normal. Check for a draggy brake.
