Attached are photos of the UOA after approximately 39,000 miles in rear diff on 2019 GX460. Motul Gear 300, 75w90 gl5. Almost 3x miles and less Iron compared to factory fill UOA. Ending Viscosity at 100 c - 12.3 a bit low? (But, still higher than the factory fill 75w85 gl5 ending viscosity).
Assume break in is over.
Last UOA from Blackstone Labs with Toyota/Lexus rear diff factory fill 75w85 posted in this forum as well. (Reposted below for ease of comparison).
Current fill is Valvoline Full Syn 2qts 75w90 flex fill bags and 1 qt 75w140 (less expensive than the flex fill and I purchased case of 4 flex fill. 2 went in front diff).
First time using Cat Labs for UOA. Waiting for 7 more other UOA reports on various samples. Sample dropped at local cat dealer 1 week ago. Cost of kit was $18.7 including tax and delivery from Cat Dealer to Cat Lab.
