This message popped up after changing a low pressure tire to the spare. Assuming since the spare is on the system will act up. What do you peeps think? Thanks

I believe it should return to normal function once a tire with a calibrated TPMS is installed in place of the spare, but that's just a hunch.

I suspect the spare dies not have a TPMS sensor.

Honda ADAS from that era will do a complete freakout if a spare tire is installed. Same with a battery replacement.

Faults will clear after you reinstall the tire and test drive, but some of them are very stubborn and will require a scan tool to clear. TPMS will also sometimes require the 3x reset procedure.
