Looks to be a German Mann filter. Interesting FF for this 1.5L EcoBoost. Since it's the 19 model should still be the 4 cylinder not the new 3 cylinder 1.5L. Looks fine.

Not surprising that the OE filter supplier for that engine is Mann. The 1.5L Ecoboost I4 is assembled in Romania.

According to Ford Authority, the Ecoboost 1.5L I3 is made in Romania too. I would imagine that it comes with a Mann product.
