2019 F150 AC Problem - How to find a competent mechanic in Houston, TX?

I have a 2019 F150 which has no other problems

I have an issue where I'm stuck on outside air 24/7, which means I'm getting second hand high every time I drive since every third vehicle in Houston is just pumping out the weed smoke

The other issue I have is that SOMETIMES, the AC will not blow fully cold. If I turn off the car for 10 mins and start again, it might be cold. It seems its possibly related to TSB 21-2250

This is beyond my skill level to repair

Can anyone suggest a good way to find a mechanic that knows how to solve these issues? I do all my own work at home as every dealership and mechanic I've ever been to in the past is just some random person guessing, with no real care

Would love any words of wisdom

My 2018 had the recirc door motor fail in 2019. It’s a whole dash removal job. Warranty paid for it, but it’s had a minor rattle ever since. I’m glad it only I 1 rattle, frankly. You can’t get to that motor from outside. It does like the blend motor can be replaced without dash removal.

Try to jump the ac compressor pins directly with a paperclip or something similar, a paperclip worked for me. Have the fans at medium or higher. Do so with the engine at idle before jumping.

If it is that temp switch i think there's a way to access it by drilling a hole somewhere after removing the glove box so it doesn't have to be torn apart but I'm not sure. But the temp sensor will tell the ac control module to kill the ac clutch.

Have you searched online for the reset procedure?

We had an Edge that we would have to reset every 6 months or so.
