2018 Mazda CX-9 Alignment Ideas

The difference in camber angle can cause the pulling. Tire conicity, road crowns and much more.

Looks like they only adjusted the front toe and not the rear toe. Adjusting the rear toe and have the thrust angle to zero would be ideal for straight tracking.

You could help yourself by PB Blaster and wire brush some of the fittings before you take your car in.I too live in the rust belt,it takes time for these solutions to work. Some techs look at a rusty fitting and think that's a problem if they mess it up.A good confident tech will have the confidence, tools and skills to make you happy with their work.Hopefully you find that shop and tech.If you do make sure you return and compliment. I too like a nice driving car.
I'm a retired semi driver, and this is a bit over the top for most! When I go on a long trip,I'm particular on tire inflation pressures.I also have a digital temp gun from Napa. When I stop,I check temps on the tire sidewall, hubs and brake discs. My readings give me a piece of mind, people that observe me,think I'm nuts!!!!!!!Good luck
