Was mailed off 6.20.24 at FedEx and email arrived today.

Sample was taken half way through the drain at Honda.

Hotshots Shift Restore in:

No luck getting gallon jugs, so I have to shake up the qts and add about one ounce of shift restore to each qt. Some high rpm and mph numbers but nothing crazy. I avoid dirt roads like the plague and clean the breather filter with an eye glass flat head screwdriver on regular basis.

17000 miles on sample, not hours
337000+ original miles on engine & transmission.

I think there's a setting to remove the phone name in the camera app. I remember it being on in my old samsung. Looks great though. <1ppm/1,000mi Have you thought about using the new hpl cvt fluid. Has a lower vii but still has a lower pour point. Seems to be almost pure pao compared to redline which seems to have less but still enough. Won't hurt to keep using redline though.

Nope, I'm getting Redline at a crazy low price. No tax, free shipping on my account. Got a good deal on Red Line 0w30 recently. Besides my 2019 CRV has the CVT and after I start to drive it(only has 20,000) miles on it gonna move it over to Redline. That white bottle is the best oil funnel too.

Had no idea. With a discount and no tax I'd keep using redline.

It's good to see that you're changing it out.
How may times have you changed the CVT fluid since you took ownership?
It was changed at the dealership the day I bought the car I made them do that. And then I had him change it again at 40,000 miles with Castrol transmax CVT fluid. And then they found a small hairline seed that seemed like it was leaking so we went with the Castrol again and the BG 303 CVT additive. It made it shift better and the leak had sealed up and I continue that regiment until about 100,000 miles ago. So from the point of ownership I would say there's probably at least 27 CVT fluid services.

OP piles on a lot of miles?
Well the original owner did it as a lease and then turned it back in. It was like only one of three cars on the lot during covid, and I had borrowed a 9th generation Accord many times when they were having my Civic worked on and I just felt really in love with the nice generation Honda Accords

Well the next email that I get from them you're really going to lose it because apparently the delivery service damage the Box, so they are replacing the box and sending it to me and then crediting back by $160 also.
I will post that email once it comes in or the refunding of my credit card
