Nice report. Which Castrol MC 20W-50 was this? Also what oils were used in the other used oil analysis?

The Gold Bottle from Walmart. The 7600 mile run was with Amsoil, the next couple may have been Redline and Liquimoly, I can't remember.

20 years ago, I used a castrol oil called Super bike oil, it was a 5w40 pao type oil, Super high Heat control, never seen an oil take heat like that one. But I wished it was in a higher viscosity range. The name died, and then Power 1 was born. I was wondering if the same formulation and higher viscosities. Looks like it might be, this oil is not GTX, whoever suggests its anything like GTX, does not know what they are talking about.

But I really like 20w50's , and this one shows to be a higher end PAO type oil.

I've been using Bel-Ray Semi-Syn the last few changes in my Road King but I'm strongly considering swapping it out for Castrol V-Twin. Castrol is what I've always used in the past with great success.

What's wrong with Mobil and Valvoline? They offer that exact oil as well.

Indeed. I think I'm changing next to Mobil 1. Great used oil analysis, easy availability and can buy 5 quarts at a time on walmart.com and have it delivered next day. I used to buy the 6 quart case of Castrol on my Amazon and always had a loose quart of oil hanging around the garage. Crazy, I know.....
