As noted this is a Champ Labs made filter. The thread end design is very specific to Champ, also seen on some Mobil 1 filters. With the recent bankruptcy not sure if Champ currently still under Fram filtration. Either way, a Champ made filter.

Looks fine, 5k miles looks easy for this one. Thanks for c&p.
