2015 Venza fog light question

Where is the switch to turn on the Toyota Venza fog light?

This inside ring on the turn signal stalk controls the fog lights off and on. Off is set on the bottom mark as shown in the picture.

Boy, I'd hope so... it would be absolutely idiotic for them to just always be on... though lots of people do drive that way.
