2008FLHTCU, Amsoil MCV 20W50,4911 miles

Bike had 8117 miles at UOA. used oil analysis were done by OAI. OEM oil and air filters, using FP plus and Bio Plus fuel additives 50/50 mix. 1/2 qt. of make up oil. Oil was changed at this UOA. Glad to see copper drop, 5ppm in 3415 miles. Copper was always high in 02 Ultra.

Looks like the wear rates have stabilized. I'd be comfortable with 7k-8k oci's using this engine/oil combo. The MCV is a very shear stable formulation.

I aggree. Next UOA we should see stabilized numbers. I think I should stay with 5000 mile OCI because of warranty. Believe me, I can't stand changing oil out so early. When warranty runs out I will increase OCI.
