Agreed. You should come up here once, though. Chevron oils up here are primarily available at gas stations and few other places. Buying oil at a gas station up here is a good chance to get fleeced, with the Flying J (no pun intended) gas stations being an exception.
Formula Shell, Chevron, and certain other "gas station brands" actually can be had here at a decent price if one know where to look. That availability is the issue, though.
To the original poster, you listed all good options. I'd go with whatever is priced best, with a fair bit of consideration given to availability, too.
