What's interesting is; take a look at the copper reading with the proper size filer for the truck specified by mobil one.
1 ppm is thee best across the board. This looks like to me, the truck likes what is spec'd by the filter manufacturer.
I really don't know if this is a fair comparison or not. If you compare UOA # 3 & 4 to the others, it's really not that far off.
I mean, you are talking tiny numbers here on a truck that's not broke in until after 25k miles or so. I would imagine the numbers could easily be changed with more spirited driving during these times especially.
From what i'm looking at in comparing numbers, it looks like to me the filter should be the M-102 or the EAO57, and not the larger one. No?
I would bet that UOA #8 will look better than #7; but then again it's only a 5k interval. The EAO is intended to go longer.
An oversized filter MAY end up not being the way to go, but i guess we'll see.
