Our beloved TSX Handsfreelink died. Wifey paid $30 for a used module from an online wrecker. Hardest part was getting the 2 fasteners started. Back in business.

it's awesome some of the deals you can find from junkyards aka "parts recyclers" Glad you got it fixed for such a low price! 
The one in my TL has been dead for years now. I never bothered to get a new/used one because they all break and I just didn't feel like taking the chance of a dead battery (When they 'die' they stay powered up and kill the battery overnight).
Thankfully, I don't talk enough on the phone for it to matter. That and I don't drive the car as a daily, usually. Honda really balled those things up in the 2000's. They're pretty much all garbage.

Seems like it wasn't till around 2010 or so that factory bluetooth on most vehicles started to allow streaming in addition to calling.
Just for cell phone calls.
