I heard that my durango has the fuel filter inside the tank and cannot be changed without taking down the tank, so I was wondering whats the best fuel cleaner I can run for cleaning the system. Also is there really a difference between an injector and a complete system cleaner? Don't they both run trough the same lines anyway?

Chevron Techron Fuel System cleaner. The Service manager at my dealership even recommended it over those $100 or so fuel cleaners that some shops charge. It's supposed to clean the filter screen in the fuel tank also. The company did an experiment proving the point.

Try and find Redline SI-1, complete fuel system cleaner.
If you can't, then find Techron (not pro-guard), or maybe Amsoil's cleaner.
Regane by Gumout (yellow bottle) works well too.

Lets confuse with even more options/opinions:
Gumout All in One - best bang for the buck - treats 35g, normally two tanks, but in your truck it might be good for 1 1/2 tanks.

Bingo.

Maybe do two back-to-back treatments with your next two fillups. That's the best you can hope for.
