Miles on unit 115,000 plus this was a Auto-RX Flush- I have pictures of the filter media but am not computer competent enough to post that. I will get the wife to.
2004 Chevy Silverado half ton four wheel drive company truck
Oil filter was a Carquest High end I believe made by wix
Recently had new pcv valve, drive belt, radiator hoses, and anitfreeze changed. This was a forestry truck in North Carolina that I have had since 100,000 miles. I travel to do quality control work at our different mills. Here are the numbers.

I really had no history on previous oil change history other than a few receipts I found in the glove box with Citgo bulk oil changes. This truck saw a bunch of highway miles on I-95 and not to much off roading even though it was a forestry procurement truck. I know this rig will have to go to 200,000 miles plus because of slow economic times in the hardwood lumber business. The interesting thing about the Auto-RX flush was the filter media was really clean, just oil soaked. There was some small rust spots on the dip stick but the auto-rx took care of that. On this specific run about half was on interstates at 70 mph and the other half was on our lovely Maryland and West Virginia Mountains. I was carrying heavy loads up to a 1000 pounds or more on roads were you would be going along at 55 mph and have to gear down to second at a 15 mph turn then hit the gas and put the rpm's up to 3,500 to get to third and down shift to second for the next 10 mph turn. If any of you know the mountain roads in Webster County and Randolph County West Virginia you will know what I mean. A great variation in braking and on the rpm bands.
I think the oil did decent for a low cost oil at that mileage but the valve train wear might have been a tick high. I refilled whith a experiment 3 quarts of 5w-20 motorcraft 1 quart of 5w30 motorcraft and a half quart of 5w30 carquest. Sort of a clean up change with the 4 oz. maintenance dose of auto-rx. With the insolubles low I saw no reason to do a second full phase of auto-rx. I reset the oil life monitor but probably will not run past 5,000 in these mountains with all the stress of the valve train. Sorry for the long rant, just wanted to provide good input
