2004 buick park ave transmission help

Hi guys. Have this car with barely over 189,000 miles. Motor is a 3.8 non supercharged and a 4T65E transmission. Got the car about 9 months.or so ago. Noticed has a shutter in 2nd. Few months ago had a hard shift going into 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Unhooked the MAS sensor and was fine so replaced the sensor. Last friday had a hard shift in all 3 gears. Talked to a shop and said fluid is burnt. He can get a used transmission with a 6 month warranty parts and labor between $1000 to $1200. Transmission shop said a rebuilt about $2800. Some online say a pressure control solenoid needs replace and could help my problem. I can do the used but cant do the rebuilt at this time. The used trans.guy is shop owner does not advertise pr has name on shop just word of mouth and he is a pastor so dont think he would lie. He said try a product K and W/ CRC transmission treatment. He has used it and helped many transmissions. Help and thanks

Most used 4T65's will also have high mileage & a rebuild for $2,800 is cheap....To cheap to expect much beyond seals, frictions & some solenoids.

A TransGo SK kit & a PCS might fix it, But it might not.
