Well I got it running. Turn out to be a clogged carb as well as a clogged screen on the tanks petcock. No I have spark and everything is good, scooter will start run and idle. The new problem is, I have no power to the lighs: brakes, blinkers, head lights etc and I just installed a new battery. I checked the battery and it reads 12.74 so its a good. Its gotta be a wiring problem or maybe another fuse on the scooter or something? Anyone have any ideas.???
