if you owned one of those, you likely aspired to expire, rapidly. Long-term Aspire ownership led to despondency!

Talk about a penalty box, has about 500k unnecessary miles on it.

A friend of mine bought one of those Aspires new. The engine was dead within 50k miles. He blamed it on Ford, but I found out later he had never performed any type of maintenance on it whatsoever, including oil changes. Still had the factory fill in it.
Later he bought a used Blazer and he killed that one too, all the oil had burned out of it and he never paid any attention to it. Some people will never learn.

That car model was a morphodite. Based on a Mazda design, built by Kia, slap the blue oval on the hood.

Weren’t all Kias before Hyundai built off Mazda’s platforms? I think the Aspire and Sephia was a 121?

Same can be said for Hyundai using Mitsubishi designs before they branched off into their own in the 1990s.
