1994 Toyota Camry V6 with 71,900 miles.

Changed the oil early at 2500 Miles because its the first time the car has seen some driving (the previous owners I bought the vehicle from were not driving it).

Lab said that Copper and Silicon were above the universal average values, but that the high silicon count was probably due to a new seal that I had installed recently (crank seal).

Oil Type unknown, but the lab said that it tested into a "high 5W20." Funny, since the oil cap on the car says "Use 5W30."

A Toyota engine from the years that made the brand what it is today. Beautiful. Considering the miles and the year, 2500 miles on the oil could be 2-3 years maybe more sitting in the sump exposed to environmental variables (air, heating, cooling, moisture, etc) Then suddenly being used the additives were gone, oil sheared right down.

The previous owners changed the oil a few months ago at *shudders* Jiffy Lube. I ran the car for 2.5k mi on that oil. Is it possible for 5w30 coventional oil to be sheared down to 5w20 in a few months and 2.5k miles?

The oil prior to that change was probably 1 or 2 years old from just sitting around.

Then it had bulk Pennzoil 5w30 dino in it. Should not have sheared down that fast. Its possible Jiffy Lube was out of 5w30 and slapped a 5w20 in. Or made a mistake. Would assume they would not confuse a Toyota that old with a newer Toyota requiring a thinner oil. Following the UOA's posted on here its also possible the results of the sample is off/listed wrong. There are several threads on here where people had that happen and requested a resample.
