15w40 Oil Choice

I was using XD3 Elite for awhile, an HDEO synthetic blend, as it seemed to make a quiter running engine, less ticks, clicks and such. When it became unavailable I started making my own blend using 2 gal Delvac 1300 and 1 gal Mobil 1 T&S. No loud screeching sounds at start up so I guess it's working ok :^)
