Someone ordered our new vehicle with the 1500W inverter option. This means there are two 120V outlets in the vehicle.

What are some good uses for this feature?

Blow dryer to pre-heat the cab on cold days.
Naturally, you'll just run into things that you can use it for & you'll figure it out. It'll get some use, little use, or a lot of use. You have it though.

We've used our Odyssey's for things like crockpot and keeping food warm before on holidays when driving 1+ hour. Also used it for shopvac/vacuum.

Might be enough to start the small shop vac so you don't have to drag an extension cord out. I do that all the time when I'm cleaning the camper or the cars. The F150 reports it as about 800 watts running, although start wattage is higher.

This is 2rd post mentioning new vehicle I've seen but I still dont know what vehicle it is?
maybe you could add "new xxx" instead of new vehicle? to every thread.

It's a TX500h, but does it matter? A 1500W inverter is a 1500W inverter.

I wondered what you ended up with.

That's basically almost a normal wall outlet..(13amp) could probably do a jobsite coffee pot or anything really :D
Air compressor maybe.(smaller one certainly)

You bought a 70k Toyota and the most entertaining thing is a wall outlet? 😁

Someone close to me used hers for a breast pump when she was driving home from work. On phone calls you'd hear "whirr-uh, whirr-uh".

Haha, my wife used to drive manual transmission 2005 Legacy turbo wagon and do this while chatting away on her cell phone.l driving home from work. She had an invertor plugged into accessory outlet.
