I have an Equinox that takes the PF64, I cant recall exactly what it was when I looked in to using the PF63 for both but I decided it was different enough that I talked myself out of it, might have been bypass pressure. I figured that the 6.6L V8 was different enough than the 1.5L turbo to just use two different ones.

Not high flow, non ecore, heavy built filter. Compare weight between regular PF63 and UPF63R. Compare with Mobil, Royal Purple, Amsoil oil filters. I run them on all my chevys including high horsepower motors.

PF64 has higher bypass pressure than PF63. I would not interchange filters.
