So following the advice of a well known Ford wrench and youtuber, I built a shopping cart of what will be needed to do a pan drop and filter service on my 2018 F150 with 10r80... all I can say is WOW! $130 in parts and supplies! Breaks down like this
Filter $42
Filter seal $2.50
Oiler cooler hose seal $8x2=$16
Cooler Pipe o-ring $11x2=$22
Mercon ULV $5.38x8=$43
Now, those cooler seals and o-rings really are likely to be reusable but they are not listed as such... Just seems to be a bit on the expensive side for a pan drop to me!!
