I can tell you-the factory air filter on the newer diesel Rams does NOT flow enough air, I've actually moved my vacuum indicator w/a brand new element by dropping the hammer hard a couple of times.
 
I am not real worried right now over the 1%. I am going to sample when I reach the same # of miles and just see where I am at. It is very possible that the sample was contaminated at the lab or something too. No need to worry unless it increases or something weird! LOL
 
UPDATE: Just got back my latest sample of oil. 0% fuel this time!!! I changed it scalding hot after a freeway drive. So the last one was a flook I guess!
 
It's a good idea, on ANY CR diesel, to keep a CLOSE eye on your oil level/dipstick-if you magically start "producing" oil, & it turns black, that's when it's time to start worrying (& have your injectors tested!!).
