My wife has the same vehicle as the OP. I just changed the oil yesterday, and overfilled by 1/4-1/2 quart.
The dipstick looked just slightly over. I'm not gonna sweat it.
But the sump is a tiny thing. She puts on about 3000 miles every 6 months. So I change it out at 6mo intervals even with such low miles on it.
With such a small sump, the oil in there is doing almost 2x the work of a 5-6Q sump at 3000 miles.
Strange logic? Maybe, but its what I'm comfortable with.
