    Motul 300V 5W30, 4229 miles, 2016 Honda HR-V

Was this a newer formulation of 300v? All the prior analysis I've seen show moly in the 600ppm+ range.

Got another Foxbody Mustang. PO has been using VR1 20w50

Terminator wheels look great on Fox's. I have them on my SN95.

Got another Foxbody Mustang. PO has been using VR1 20w50

SCT and local dyno would be the way. For self tuning you still have moates QH of course, but Megasquirt and Holly termi X come to mind. "Stock block stock cam" is the general turbo rule from my experience. And keep rpms down like you said. Currently i must admit I'm jealous of OP's motor! I...

Got another Foxbody Mustang. PO has been using VR1 20w50

Looks good. I have respect for n/a builds especially iron heads. I've seen some ported g40 head builds exceed 310rwhp which is awesome to me. Those are few, far ,and between. I'm going the on3 turbo route my self, eventually. With boost you definitely need a great tune on these blocks with the...

Got another Foxbody Mustang. PO has been using VR1 20w50

That would have been a fun car with 325whp , IRS rear end and suspension work. I have a lot of Maximum Motorsports parts and suspension work on my cobra. You'll only go as far as your heads will take you. 290whp on ported gt40 h/c/i sounds right. The 11R heads come in a 53cc combustion chamber...

    1987 New Yorker 2.5l N/A Oil

Cheap option would be Havoline HM 10w30 synblend box. $17 for 6ts. Valvoline 10w30 HM MaxLife would also get a vote but more expensive.

Got another Foxbody Mustang. PO has been using VR1 20w50

Current fill is M1 0w40 on my windsor... It's seen alot of Edge 0w40 too. These motors aren't picky. Another vote for pics.

    2003 Evo - 137k miles - 2,722 miles OCI - Amsoil ZROD 10W40 - OEM Oil Filter

I'm implying neither. I just think it's the wrong oil for this engine, regardless.

    2003 Evo - 137k miles - 2,722 miles OCI - Amsoil ZROD 10W40 - OEM Oil Filter

High zinc content for what ? Any euro spec oil will have 1k+ ppm zddp and be ample for that motor . That UOA scares me. Zrod is for old school big blocks and flat tappet engines. IMO. Not a 4g63. I would run Ravenol or Motul if your spending Amsoil type money anyways. Hell Edge 0w40 @ $22...

    Old Chevy 305 oil recommendation

I may have missed it but make sure its not an exhaust leak or inherent header tick. Castrol Edge 0w40 @ Walmart for $21.97 is exactly what i would put in that engine tomorrow. If it were me.
