    Chevron Supreme Anyone

I didn't comment but I did smile when I saw it especially considering I just put a Kmart oil filter on my plow truck. I'm guessing I have a jug of the Smittys oil somewhere too.

Outstanding video on home values now and the future

Growing up I was taught anything under 6% was a great loan. My first two house loans were at 7.2 and 7.4% and I didn't think twice about buying the house I wanted. I left a 3.4% loan a year ago to move to exactly where I wanted to be at 5.5%. If it comes down, I'll refinance, otherwise I'm good.

Outstanding video on home values now and the future

Having looked at over 100 homes before we bought, all of them 2-4 hours away (fortunately have a best friend as a realtor), the number one thing we got out of if is that pictures lie and wishful thinking makes the anticipation of finding a home make the pictures lie even worse.

Don't people READ an Ebay listing before buying?

I make it a point to show whatever used item I'm selling worse fault as the pictures following the main listing pic. I would have shown that drivers side detail as pic #2,3,and 4. I'm not saying you are hiding anything, but it isn't easy to see. And if you put it in the listing, no I didn't read...

Anyone remember when airlines had "city ticket offices"?

You rebooked. Not everyone can as evidenced by the lines, even in the United Clubs.. Sometimes it won't let me, and I'm a 26 year 1K and a 2.4MM. The app has improved things in a lot of ways, but overall UA customer service is going the wrong way...fast. You mention you helped customers during...

    Another 737 mishap

Many points of Astro are well taken. With just under 3 million butt in seat miles as a passenger a lot depends on the company you work for and what they are willing to pay. Non stops? Low fares? Hub captive? It all factors in. I will say this though. All of the airlines are in trouble when it...

Anyone remember when airlines had "city ticket offices"?

United had one in the South Denver Metro. When it closed it became "United Hair and Nails". The sign on the building still has the United Font. It has to be closed over 15 years or more now.
