I just changed the oil in my Subaru. New filter and 5 quarts, never even pulled the dipstick.

Look carefully and you can see "2H" stamped on the Champ and Amsoil baseplates, just like the Fram.

Running it in my 03 Rendezvous with no issues. But Maxlife is only a couple bucks more. (Walmart didn't have enough Maxlife when I did my filter last year.) Personally I'll be switching to Amsoil in the spring when I add a tranny cooler.
