on eBay you’ll find slickoleum 15 oz jars for less than 30 bucks and it’s enough for at least 10 services. On those forks I use Lucas marine grease save the money for a manitou markhor instead
It’s a diamondback atroz, i don’t think anyone would do it to a Santa Cruz bike.
Sprayed with rust oleum flat enamel,,, easy to fix scratches but not durable.
I’m planning on painting my rides, I have enough elbow grease but on the kind of paint is where I want your opinion & tips. Having them sandblasted and powder coated get out of my budget,, and spray.bike doesn’t fill my eye,,, been thinking about lacquer.
These are some pics.
All the cogs but one are made of steel, however, they don't rust so there must be a kind of platting,,, it's gonna be harder than I though I guess.
Thanks for your help.

I just did that,,, and seeing that they depend on donations really beat me up,,,,I guess I have to eat my own words and see it as an economist,,,,
Luthery is dying
I don't know if there is a better place for that than the big apple,,,, however,,,,instruments seem to be worst than junky cars when it comes to repairs,,,,,
and that is my weakness,,,how to repair correctly
about a decade installing kyb struts and shocks on friends cars as well as mine,,,, if there is something bad to say its stiffness at the beginning, however,,,,if its for offroading, Blisteing is a no brainer.
