They both carry a limited lifetime warranty.

Ok...lets for get about the drone for a minute. Even though the Borla has a 24" case length BUT a 7.75 width compared to 6" width that is a big difference. I have also heard that Borla makes a higher quality muffler internally than Magnaflow with less drone.
