Good over the air tv antenna?

They even over rule the state and county in my HOA and get away with it. Ppl are intimidated. If you even ask a question, you get the evil eye. They harassed me with my extra house number, while others were ok. It breeds distrust of neighbors; they turn each others in. Not the way to live.

Good over the air tv antenna?

Why are you arguing over this? Ppl here have done that and it cost @20k to bring an HOA challenge to court. Geeze- there is always one in the crowd.

Good over the air tv antenna?

These HOA ppl fine for the littlest "violation". It costs $20k to hire a lawyer, so they can intimidate you to do what they say; essentially unlimited power.

they have bullied me! I cant even plant a flower they do not approve of and limit number of "approved" and where. I'll present this to the HOA regarding antennas

Are we over exaggerating the perfect ATF fluid level? thermal expansion seems to think we are

Yes, you are right. This has been covered before on BITOG. SPK2000 in an Oct13, 2019 post calculated (using thermal coef of ATF) the volume change in ATF going from room temp of 68F to operating temp of 180F as 4.3%. Anywhere in this range probably gets you really close. IMO, this is negligible...

Are we over exaggerating the perfect ATF fluid level? thermal expansion seems to think we are

You are very meticulous and knowledgeable but I don't think transmissions are That sensitive to fluid levels. Just keep it between the add and full marks IMO

Are we over exaggerating the perfect ATF fluid level? thermal expansion seems to think we are

Look up thermal expansion coef for ATF. Plug in your temps and get a result "accurate" to as many decimal places you want, if that will make you happy. Keep your mind busy over thinking this stuff. LOL

Are we over exaggerating the perfect ATF fluid level? thermal expansion seems to think we are

That's why the dipstick has a range for "full". Any reading in that range can be considered full. Accommodates the temp changes.

    Battery or alternator?

Here is a very rough analogy to illustrate the principal: the ignition system uses an inductor (the "coil") to take 12 volts and produce 20k volts to fire the plugs. A driver circuit in the ECM or ign. module ("points" in old cars) interrupts the 12 volts. As the magnetic field collapses in the...

    Battery or alternator?

No. Knew this for at least 40 years- before good ol google. But what difference does this make, anyway? So easy to learn stuff these days with just a little effort. Believe what you want regarding high transient voltages that are generated when a disconnect happens. The battery is like a surge...

    Battery or alternator?

Well, how does it work then? google "does disconnecting a battery on a running engine damage alternator or electronics" or something similar. Be informed- read what it tells you.

    Battery or alternator?

True- 200 volts with nowhere to go (like a battery).

Did they own those Nissans before Nissan joined up with Renault? If so, that may explain their extreme reliability.
