    On my vehicle sunroofs I use the Permatex blue or purple whatever it is by putting the sunroof in the outside position and cleaning the seal first and then put the permatex on a rag and rub it on the sunroof seal inner and outer. Seal won't leak for about a year.

    I worked in Xray field in the early 80's and had a Special Procedures room that had an AMPEX hard drive that weighed around 200 lbs. Most unreliable drive I ever saw. Never could order just one cause they were all repaired.

    Think about all the data center servers running 24/7. Yours won't wear out as fast as theirs will. Sound to me like you need a RAID.

    If you can be very careful they make reverse direction drill bits that turn the screw out as you drill. Maybe that would work on those.

    On my 05 Yukon XL with dual AC I must rev it up to 1500-2000 to get it to achieve correct readings. I have not replaced anything. Previous owner and me find that it loose a can/yr. Suppose it could be lost in those long hoses.
