Ya im actually worried about the addition of the meth to the intake. i usually change 2 filters per oil change as well anyways. better be safe than sorry.

94 octane for me since i bought the car new in 2010. I will be running 50/50 water/meth mix for cooling and cleaning. The oil catch can i will be using is something made by John Powell. I happy that his unit will have a drain tube back into the block so i dont have to drain the [censored]...

Should of mentioned my car Chevy Cobalt SS/TC with 2L Ecotec, also keep if mind that my car is modified and running about 10lbs more boost that stock GMS1.

Not looking good for direct injection motors. Modified car with only 48k km. No oil separator as of yet, but to be install, as well with a good walnut shell blasting and meth injection for prevention. Could have been prevented with a proper oil catch can combined with low ash oil.

Typical daily drive is about 100km ~ 60 miles when i do drive it to work and back, weekends will vary. Id say every 2 months to get to 3000 miles. Rev limiter is set to 6750 as well which i forgot to mention above.

I guess another option will be, just change the oil more frequently - every 4-5k.
