I normally use a different filter&oil but trying the castrol now. I normaly do 5k runs with pp or qsud and oem filter.

Almost nobody talks about castrol syntec blend or the regular gtx. I really like syntec blend for $16 at wally world! Why does castrol have a bad reputation on here?

Just put this in my DD along with a Fram Toughguard 9688. I was wondering if theres any uoa/voa on this oil. Havent really heard much about it on here nor do i know much about it. Im thinking a 5k oci with this combo

110,000 miles a family members maxima just changed the oil with qs defy and a purolator classic seems to like the oil better than the castrol syn blend and ocod combo. What oil and visco would you reccomend?

96 maxima with the 3.0 L V6 110,000 miles leaks a little oil but on good shape. Did oil change on it today used 5W30 Quakerstate Defy and a purolator classic filter. A family member just bought this car don't want to spend alot on oil changes or full syn. Is this a good combo for this engine...

Thanks for all the advice guys, I am a huge milwaukee fan as are most you but the corded milwaukee mentioned above is just overkill for what I need. I ended up buying the makita and am pretty happy thus far can tell it's a quality tool

You can get wagner thermoquiet pads at advance ive always had good luck with them. If you have a carquest around you i would say go with their blue pads with hex shim their rebranded raybestos profesional pads
