No oil used between OC (5k) and no vibration. I did listen very well after starting and the noise isnt there while cold but it is after reaching normal operating temp. Was thinking Rotella T5 or Mob 5w-40 . Thanks.

I have an 04 civic with 133k on the clock. Been a great car so far BUT.. today I noticed "rod knock" not like a hammer but like one worn rod bearing. Its between 3k and 3.5k rpms only while revving engine. (Not driving that I can tell). My question is what oil should I put in it to "help" keep...
