    How old are these tires?

It is a code but not date. 1BF stands for 1BF MICHELIN NORTH AMERICA, INC WOODBURN, INDIANA UNITED STATES https://wfirm.com/complete-list-of-tire-dot-plant-codes/ According to above DD11 is "manufacturing code" and it is probably Michelin proprietary number. As soon as you post picture...

A PSA About those tire TINS and date codes: Installers, It's Dates Out, for ALL tires.

My problem is: How often a customer runs to their vehicle to check the TIN to make sure there is or there is not a recall? Sell it as a service during change over? May be. Tracking original buyers is a pain too as cars are sold, tires are sold. Notifying car owners is not perfect; tire owners...

A PSA About those tire TINS and date codes: Installers, It's Dates Out, for ALL tires.

Directional tires have “rotation direction arrow”, I think on both sides. Directional tires do not have “outside”. Directionality and asymmetry are two separate and not related attributes. Maybe you need extra labeling to never mount tires inside out? Like tread inside the tire after...

A PSA About those tire TINS and date codes: Installers, It's Dates Out, for ALL tires.

Precisely my point. If directional tire is also asymmetric (outside has a date) then you have left and right tires, like shoes. Very inefficient from inventory management point of view. Krzyś

    CC2 on gen3 Sienna - any issues?

I think there is one exception to “all FWD Hondas”. It is Civic Type R with fancy front suspension. Similar to what Ford had for first gen Focus RS. Double knuckle or something like this it is called. Krzyś

can tires with uneven tread wear end up evening out if the issue is fixed?

Is 7.25 vs 8 even uneven? The tires are worn this way and to achieve equal tread depth you would need to set geometry to even wear out. That will not be correct geometry for the driving. Such geometry may not even exist and the only way to even the wear would be to shave the tires. But at such...

    CC2 on gen3 Sienna - any issues?

No pure summer tire for summer. Why buy all weather for 3 seasons if you have winter tires? If I understand it correctly. Krzyś

    Michelin Pilot Sport AS4

Good questions. Maybe it is marking/naming issue? Hard to sell "Scandinavian" and "Central European" tires in North America. They called them studless probably as a different from studded, not to mention studable - that is studded without studs :-). CE winter tires got "performance winter"...

    Discount Tire - Issue?

If it is only the looks then I would not try to fix something that is not broken. Can you really see the weights from outside? I had once new tire mounted and new weights were added to the old ones. That was bad service. Krzyś
