I should have said finished products, such as base stocks or additives. Knowing the country of origin would give me some kind of indication of quality and I also hate to buy anything from places like China.

The M1 jugs say made from domestic and imported components. Does anybody know where the imported components come from? I hope not China! I know the Kendall synthetic bottles at Pep Boys say made in Korea.
