How much data do you use a month? Just a fair warning I had redpocket verizon and had to cancel, they said I spoke too much (1500 minutes) on an unlimited plan and cut me off twice. Needless to say I ported out.

Hi, I received my fram PH16 from amazon and their appears to be oil on the bottom of the filter. It looks new, but why would their be oil there? It is definitely oil because I can move the substance around when switching filter positions. I attached pics.
