I've been running 0w-40 M1 euro in my '94 VFR 750. No complaints so far. I know there's another guy on here running m1 10w-30 iirc in his RC45 and has had no complaints, he's been doing it for years and another friend of mine who is an oil nut on here convinced me to run the 0w-40 euro.

I've run the 0w-20 in my 03 DOHC focus. It has 200k km on it, it didn't sound or perform any different when I put in M1 0w30 last oil change.

Why don't you just buy the M1 and get it over with? It's only a couple $$$ more, isn't your name "OVERK1LL"? You are always telling me not to cheap out. I vote M1 but due to brainwashing.

It had soul when it was powered by ford, now they have "their own" motor in it and it's funny that it just happens to be a 5.0L. I wonder what the actual specs of "their motor" is.
