Don't even get me started on UV Greek Orthodox.

    Recommend a wax for me

Waxing twice a year? At least it's garaged. I almost would recommend NuFinish other than if the car has any black plastic the NuFinish will positively chalk that plastic up so ugly. My recommendation first would be to clay the car. Then buy a cheap buffer and use Meguiars Ultimate Wax paste...

Anyone try "THE BEST Leather Restorer & Protector"

Neatsfoot oil is good for natural leather. Unless you've got a King Ranch Ford or other uncoated leather, neatsfoot oil tends to sit on the surface and leave a greasy finish. Best to simply clean coated leather with some saddle soap and then condition with an OTC silicone free leather treatment...

Meguiars gold class soap or ultimate

When it comes to car wash soaps, I definitely like to keep it simple. I use Gold Class because it comes in very large containers and to me it seems to cut grease and bugs quite well and leaves a very clean surface ready for waxing or spray waxing.

    WIPE NEW?

Wipe New looks great when new and is actually quite durable. The problem is 6 months to a year later it'll fade, lose it's gloss, and start peeling. Then the problem becomes how do I fix the mess Wipe New left. That's a much more difficult process that can easily require wet sanding as Wipe...

    window tinting: outside or inside

If the glass scratch isn't too deep you can polish it out with ceriglass and a rotary polisher or drill attachment.

Touch-up paint thoughts? Mazda Velocity Red Mica

Just realize that touch ups on any metallic, pearl, mica, candy etc. Will never look right because the reflective particles won't sit on the painted surface exactly like the original. At best you can get a match of color but the feathered edges will always leave an obvious halo. And worse the...

Rinse less wash your missing out

I can definitely say that rinseless washes are great. If your car is only lightly dusted and not caked with mud it's perfectly safe to use especially if you're careful like using a soft microfiber mitt and in my opinion slightly more rinseless wash concentrate in the bucket...

    Cleaning/Polishing Stainless Steel?

If you want it to shine like chrome then use a dedicated polish like Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish. Any other type of abrasive substance like scotch brite, stainless wool or even barkeeper's friends is going to leave a hazy finish.

    Need adhesive advice

The sticky feel is just an acrylate sealant it'll eventually harden into a matte surface which will promote adhesion for difficult to bond surfaces but automotive paint and bare metal are not difficult to bond surfaces. The adhesion promoter is better used to seal off plasticizers from migrating...

    Need adhesive advice

The particular tape you want is 3M VHB tape. It's also used to hold things like spoiler lips on cars. If you can find it under it's original name and not "trim" tape you'll pay less and get more. I think I remember seeing VHB tape in Home Depot. Clean very well with alcohol on both surfaces to...

Coconut oil to treat my FX4 trim pieces..

Just because the oil can withstand heat doesn't mean it won't oxidize and go rancid. Being exposed to sunlight and ozone certainly means it will rancidify and wear off quickly and then it will also attract dust more than a silicone based treatment. I also would'nt use it on leather unless you...

    Collinite No.845 ?

Applied to thick like everyone else said. When applying it should appear almost invisible, pretty much like a smeared fingerprint. That's why it's important to really work it in. It's the only way to assure complete coverage with a thin coat. Microfiber applicators are the best at this. The...

    Used 2013 Mustang finish?

If you must do it yourself. About the easiest method would be to use an all in one. The Ford paints like on the Mustang are fairly hard, at least the equal to German cars. Get yourself a DA polisher, Harbor Freight sells one fairly inexpensively. They also have foam pads for them so get yourself...

    Turtle Wax Polishing Compound

The 6" wax spreader with Ultimate Compound and wool can tackle some pretty serious swirling and yellowed headlights but if you've got a dark colored car that shows swirling easily, you should still refine it with a finishing foam or microfiber bonnet and Ultimate Polish, it'll be slower than a...
