    0W30 vs 0W40

I know this doesn’t have the api cert but you would have no issue running this oil if u wanted a 30wt? I thought it had it (api cert) like the 5w30 esp has. It doesn’t bother you it’s missing right? My dad who is 70s is always in my ear “run what’s in the manual “ lol.

Do spray waxes/coatings provide real paint protection?

Take one car that's been polished, protected and washed properly. Put that up against one that's just been washed (no polish/protection) and I bet 10 out of 10 people can tell after 5 yrs what's been protected what hasn't. Polish/clean ur paint once a yr, wash and spray wax/seal as you dry.

Looking for a good tire dressing

I still like optibond tire dressing. Apply with a small paint brush on aggressive tires, let soak in. Wipe dry then go, never had a problem with sling. Great look and priced right. Nothing has really looked great for long and I've tried a ton of them..

    Filter efficiency

Also I know the wix xp and napa platinums get a bad rap as far as efficiency goes....but I dont think they are a bad filter. Seems perfect for someone who changes the filter ever other change (5-6000 miles, oci's) imo.

Pick a car stereo for me - nothing fancy needed

I've used alpine, Kenwood/jvc,pioneer ,Sony...your exact budget listed, we could find you a model number. Cadence qr series speakers are dirt cheap off eBay/amazon at times....ives used them and the q series in dirt cheap budget builds with success.

    Falken tires

The A/t3w's have been a great tire on my f150 for what its worth. My fav to date for the money. And for the record I've had bfg all terrains, Cooper ,good years all on the same truck.

Are these factory Ford lug nuts pure garbage?

I replaced all of mine on my 2012,but that 2 piece design gets beat up with the impacts being used. I had the same problems but was fortunate an old 4-way I had laying around worked on the beat up lugs.

    2011 F150-5.0V8 Kendall GT1 5W-20 9565 miles

Um, how exactly did I lose you? I basically said I wonder how 5w30 would look numbers wise(better or worse) vs the 5w20. I already mentioned this looked like the perfect oil. It's the bitog mentality to be curious,no big deal.and once again, enjoy the new truck...

    2011 F150-5.0V8 Kendall GT1 5W-20 9565 miles

I know I'm a lil late to this thread but [censored],its hard to imagine another oil bettering this Kendall for the price. Outstanding, but I'm still wondering how 5w30 would do. Looks like the perfect match. Enjoy the new truck!!
