    Installed drain Plug Without Gasket.

    I've done that Actually, Slowly take the Plug out, Immediately cap Your Finger over the Outlet, Have someone to Put the gasket on the Plug, and reverse..You really won't loose enough to Worry about.

Most Likely it is Corrosion, With the Lights "OFF" take a Small Screwdriver and Lightly Scrape the Internal center Connection/S and also make sure the bulb Bottom Connections are Bright n Shiny also Clean them, In Adition, Put a DAB of Silicone Grease on the Bulb Base ,....
